Trustees' or visitors' record book, 1884-1902.

This series documents visits and inspections by the Board of Trustees (after 1896 called Visitors) of the Middletown State Homeopathic Hospital (and as it was previously known, the State Homeopathic Asylum for the Insane at Middletown). The entries are relatively brief and contain signatures of the board members attesting to their monthly visit and notations briefly describing conditions at the hospital as well as visits with individual patients.
